Marketing Manager (Kassel Hybrid, DE)

The Large Scale & Project Solutions business segment is responsible for global projects in the multi-megawatt range, especially in the area of large-scale photovoltaic power plants, battery, hybrid and hydrogen applications. The innovative service portfolio of the business segment makes a fundamental contribution to the energy transition.

In your new role as an Marketing Manager are you responsible for:

• Support Strategic Positioning: Work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and establish the marketing strategic positioning in the market.
• Campaign Framework Definition: Define a framework in terms of key messages, objectives, media mix, and channels for global multi-channel marketing campaigns as a basis for implementation by regional marketing
• Coordinate with Regional Teams: Act as the liaison between the central marketing team and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
• Manage Marketing Activities: Oversee the planning and execution of various marketing activities, including global events, account-based marketing, thought leadership, digital marketing.
• Measure Marketing Effectiveness: Create and present reports on marketing effectiveness and make strategic recommendations based on these findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools.
• German and English fluency mandatory
• Strong experience in a global environment
